Terms for usage beyond the monthly allowance

Terms for usage beyond the monthly allowance Last updated: 29 September 2026 · lioraflow.com These terms supplement the General Terms and Conditions (lioraflow.com/terms) for periodic subscriptions taken out through Liora Flow and charged through the Stripe platform. Anything not provided for here is governed by those. 1. Monthly allowance and overage 1.1. Allowance. Each periodic subscription includes a number of credits per monthly period, which is the one stated in the plan taken out. The monthly period starts on the date the subscription begins and restarts on each renewal date. 1.2. Overage. Overage is the usage made within a monthly period once all the credits included in it have been used. Usage is counted in credits according to clause 5.1 of the General Terms. 2. Overage exists only if the Customer turns it on 2.1. Off by default. As long as the Customer has not expressly turned overage on, when the credits included in the period are used up, the services paid for with that subscription stop until the next renewal or until the Customer turns overage on. No overage is charged. 2.2. Usage while stopping. Usage that occurs between the included credits running out and the service actually stopping is not charged as overage when overage is off. 2.3. On. If the Customer turns overage on, the service continues after the included credits are used, and each credit used beyond them is charged at €0.20 per credit, plus applicable taxes under clause 5.2 of the General Terms. The amount is charged to the same payment method as the subscription and invoiced with the period in which it was used. 2.4. Trial period. During a subscription's free trial period overage does not apply, even if it is on: once the included credits are used the service stops as in clause 2.1 until the customer chooses to continue or the first paid period begins. 2.5. Renewal awaiting payment. From the end of a paid period until its renewal is charged, for at most seventy-two (72) hours, the service continues with one fifteenth (1/15) of the credits included in the period and overage is suspended, even if it is on. If the renewal has not been charged by then, the services paid with that subscription stop until it is. 3. Overage cap The Customer may set on their credit screen a maximum number of overage credits per monthly period. Once the cap is reached, the service stops as in clause 2.1 until the next renewal, unless the Customer raises or removes the cap. 4. Turning it on and off 4.1. Who. Only a person with permission to manage the account's billing may turn overage on or off. 4.2. When and where. Overage may be turned on when taking out the subscription, and turned on or off at any time afterwards, from the panel or from the app. Turning it on requires expressly accepting these terms. 4.3. Effect. Turning it on or off takes effect on usage after the change. Overage used while it was on is charged even if it is turned off afterwards. 4.4. End of the subscription. Turning overage on is tied to the subscription it was turned on for. If the subscription is cancelled or refunded in full, overage is turned off, and a new subscription requires turning it on again. 5. Record For each time overage is turned on or off, the Provider keeps the person who did it and their email address at that moment, the date and time, the address it was done from, the means used, the exact version of these terms that was accepted and the price per overage credit shown. That record is not modified or deleted, and is kept under clause 5.7 of the General Terms. 6. Microsoft subscriptions Subscriptions taken out in Microsoft's store are governed by the offer published by Microsoft, which includes its own price for usage beyond the allowance. For them, overage is invoiced by Microsoft under that offer, and these terms do not apply. 7. Price changes The price of an overage credit is reviewed under clause 5.5 of the General Terms. A change to these terms requires a Customer who has overage turned on to accept them again; until they do, overage is off from the date the new text takes effect.
